Director of Civil Engineering Services
Wixom, MI
Candidate will be responsible for the design and approval process of residential, commercial and high tech projects including detailed engineering & construction document preparation and as-built documents.
Requirements:
10-15 Yrs experience in Land Development - Residential and Commercial
BS in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer
Capable of managing multiple priorities with a strong deadline orientation
Ability to direct others and provide technical training

Project Engineer - Land Development
Wixom, MI
Candidate will be responsible for assisting our senior engineering staff in the design and drawing preparation of residential, commercial and high tech projects including detailed engineering & construction document preparation and as-built documents.
Requirements:
3+ years of Civil Engineering experience
BS in Civil Engineering - EIT Perferred
Capable of managing mulitple priorities with a strong deadline orientation
Communication skills and the ability to work on a team are essential
Field Surveyor
Wixom, MI
Candidate will be responsible for performing field related land surveying activities, including but not limited to: boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, as-built surveys and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. Candidate must be willing to work in a variety of field conditions while performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities also include maintaining satisfactory field records, site safety, project timelines and communication with office staff.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Field Surveying
Capable of managing multiple priorities with a strong deadline orientation
Experience with Robotic and GPS instrumentation
Communication skills and the ability to work on a team are essential
CAD Technician
Wixom, MI
Candidate should be proficient in AutoCad Land Development Desktop and/or Civil 3D. Also responsible for the detailed engineering & construction document preparation of as-built documents for both commercial and residential developments.
